用Teredo隧道可以PING通但是打不开网页

系统是WIN7 用过外国的优化软件。用Teredo隧道可以ping 通IPV6.GOOGLE.COM但是打不开网页，也装了IPv6 Tunnel Broker可以打开网页。不知到还需要设置什么？
